Owing to the recent reports of indiscriminate vehicle reneges by IAA, it is pertinent to further reinstate that all vehicles won are to be paid for within THREE (3) business days, inclusive of the day the vehicle is awarded to the buyer.

It is hereby advised to make payment arrangements IMMEDIATELY vehicle is awarded regardless of the due date displayed on your Dashboard.

Please note that failure to make payment within the allotted 3 business days, inclusive of the day the vehicle is awarded to the buyer will result in such vehicle to be reneged by IAA.

It is important to note that once reneged, Vehicles can no longer be re-awarded to the buyer.

Renege Fee is equal to $1,000 or 15% of sale price, whichever is greater.
